The Writer's Corner

I'm assuming you landed on this page to check out my writing portfolio. My entire "The Artist Within - Discover Your Purpose" website is of my own making, from the design to all of the written copy, in its entirety.

This page is dedicated solely to my work as a writer. Unlike my blog page, where my blogs are mostly relevant to my purpose as a life coach, this page is for the writing side to my business ventures, specifically copywriting.

Below you will find samples of my work, or links to other pages that contain samples. If you'd like any more information about me, or my copywriting, please scroll down to the "Contact" section at the bottom of this page and I will reply to you as soon as possible.

My Background

Writing comes naturally to me. I've been an artist, musician and writer for as long as I can remember. In addition to creating music and paintings, I have forever been writing lyrics, poems, journals, stories and more because I have a need to creatively express myself. For over 40 years, writing has been a part of me, an extension of who I am.

I am always working on new book ideas. I wrote and illustrated a children's book, "Rocky the Rock Bass and the Jammin' Minnows". I was a ghost writer for a thrilling biography telling the tale of a man who grew up with a mafia family and was involved with Mexican drug cartels. Obviously I'm not at liberty to divulge the title, as per my agreement with the person who hired me.

I will be having my book, "The Artist Within - Discover Your Purpose" published this year, even as I have two other books in the works. In addition to my life coaching, which inspires people to live with purpose, fulfillment and meaning, I continue to write both for myself and others.

While I have held a variety of jobs over my 58 years on this planet, I've also always been self-employed and so I've had to market myself and my work. I'm no stranger to how effective marketing works, and I know that well written copy can make or break one's marketing campaign. With a degree in Human Services and my studies in psychology, I understand how and why people respond emotionally to certain words or phrases. Emotional attachment is the single most effective marketing tool. Appealing to people's emotions is guaranteed to make them far more interested in a product or service, than information alone.

Consider the following hobbies, jobs, interests and experiences I've had with which to draw upon in order to write effective copy...
